Manic Panic Divine Wine is as smooth as its name sounds, with a pink shadethat  holds luxurious red undertones providing a warm berry-like result on pre-lightened hair whilst creating a hue of deep warmth on a darker base. 

The infamous Manic Panic hair dye. Created by New York sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. For over 40 years, their hair colours have always been Vegan and Cruelty Free.

The products are also Paraben-free, Gluten-free, Ammonia-free, Resorcinol-free, PPD-free and Phthalate-free. Ready to use, do not mix with peroxide.
