For UK orders, we use:

• Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Average 2-3 working days.
• Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Average 1-2 working days.

These are estimated timings and may take longer if there are Royal Mail strikes, or during busy periods like Bank Holidays.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can not be held responsible if your order does take longer.

We'll send you an email confirmation once your order has been received. Then another email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking code.

• When you checkout you can also choose to have your delivery confirmation by text message. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct for postage. We cannot be held responsible if you give the wrong or incomplete details, although we will always do our best to help. If you do make an error with your address, no replacement items will be sent out until the original items are received back.
• Royal Mail do not class an item of post lost until it has been missing for 15 days. We will not be able to send a replacement for a lost item of post, or provide a refund until this amount of time has passed.
